Celem reorganizacji jest scalenie i uproszczenie i struktury organizacyjnej, która pozwoli nam na sprawniejsze ujednolicenie działania struktur handlowo-produkcyjnych, zwiększenie ich efektywność i elastyczności oraz i wzmacnianie pozycji rynkowej firmy.

Wszystkie umowy i ustalenia zawarte dotychczas z firmami: Tossi sp. z o.o. (NIP 5711674066) oraz Fande sp. z o.o.(NIP 9562162103) automatycznie przechodzą i będą kontynuowane przez spółkę Fande sp. z o.o. (NIP 5711674066)

We would like to inform you that as of the turn of 2025/2026, our business operations will be continued under the name Fande sp. z o.o. (NIP: 5711674066, formerly Tossi sp. z o.o.).

The purpose of this reorganization is to consolidate and simplify the organizational structure, enabling more efficient unification of our commercial and production operations, increasing their effectiveness and flexibility, and further strengthening the company’s market position.

All agreements and arrangements previously concluded with Tossi sp. z o.o. (NIP: 5711674066) and Fande sp. z o.o. (NIP: 9562162103) shall be automatically transferred to and continued by Fande sp. z o.o. (NIP: 5711674066).

We believe that this change will contribute to even better cooperation, as well as to a deeper understanding of and more effective fulfillment of your needs.
